The goal of SAVU has always been beyond simply building saunas. It exists to reimagine wellness and to diversify sauna culture in a new way by partnering with landowners and existing businesses across the US.

Savu is a comprehensive plug and play spa that can be added to any existing business. Our offerings range from a two sauna pop-up to large scale outdoor sauna retreats. All of our infrastructure is designed and built in house. Our buildings are modular and mobile, meaning we can be flexible with site design, leverage existing facilities on site, and exist in places that were previously unimaginable.

  • Site must be at least 1/2 acre

  • Power: site dependent

    Water: site must have a water line

    Sewer: site must have sewer hook up

  • Site must have parking for 10 cars and/or space to create parking

  • Site shall be within 20 miles of a major city OR in a place of exceptional beauty

OUR INFRASTRUCTURE

Savu combines lightweight & low impact infrastructure with a high turn business model in a rapidly growing market segment. We build 90% of our infrastructure offsite to deploy new sites as quickly as possible with minimal disturbance to the site. By leveraging our in-house design and build team, we reduce site activation time by 50-90% . This means the lead time from lease negotiation to first rent payment is significantly shorter with a Savu site than a traditional commercial tenant.    

SAVU TIMELINE

STAGE 1

Permitting & Construction

Once terms are agreed upon, Savu will work with the landowner to apply for all necessary permits. Savu will construct most infrastructure offsite.

STAGE 2

Site Work & Installation

Any necessary site work will be done before infrastructure is installed. Once site is prepped infrastructure will be installed in agreement with landowner. 

STAGE 3

Full Scale Operation

Full scale operation launches in agreement with landowner. 

STAGE 4

Expansion

Savu would like to retain the ability to expand operations in subsequent years.  Expansion may include additional saunas, hot pools, decking and other amenities. 

*Savu will engage local contractors to prepare the site and assist with delivery. Savu will coordinate all work, provide technical documentation and work directly with you to ensure site prep and install is simple and flawlessly executed.
