Wellness shows up in all kinds of ways, and this summer we’re collaborating with some lovely folks to share experiences that reflect that. From movement and rest to creativity and connection, these gatherings are an invitation to slow down, tune in, and enjoy the season together.
October 7
Yoga Nidra & Soundbath with Malaika

Join us for an evening of deep rest and connection. We’ll start with gentle movement and a guided Yoga Nidra practice— designed to bring you into a state of ease, spaciousness, and inner calm. After class, enjoy an hour of sauna and cold plunge to integrate, connect, and restore together.

Flow and Fire: Monday evening yoga with Kelly Bulk
9–11 AM | SAVU Smuggler’s
This 50-minute yoga class weaves together flow, embodiment, and alignment to help build strength, flexibility, and a deeper sense of presence. We’ll explore ancient practices by tuning into the body’s cues and using breath awareness to support each posture. Kelly Bulk, has been sharing yoga and mindfulness meditation for nearly 20 years. After we stretch, we will sweat in the sauna and invite a deeper sense of presence in the body.

Reiki & Restorative Yoga with Kim Cleary. This special one hour restorative yoga practice is infused with reiki and promotes deep relaxation while resting in supported poses for longer holds, allowing the body to release chronic holding patterns. Kim will offer 1:1 reiki healing energy while in each shape, promoting calm & wellbeing. Most notably, reiki can help clear blockages and balance energy centers, relieve stress & tension, reduce anxiety and improve sleep. Class is followed by one hour of sauna, could plunge, and a cold recovery mocktail.

Blissed Bootcamp with Sarah DeGray. From breath to burn to bliss. "BLISSED BOOT CAMP" is a full-body experience designed to elevate your strength and center your mind. Class begins with grounding breath work and intentional mobility, then builds the burn with Pilates-inspired resistance training, then hits peak intensity with heart-pounding strength and cardio Tabata intervals. Finish with targeted core work and a closing meditation on the mat — leaving you sweaty, centered, and Blissed. All levels welcome. Good vibes only.

BUTT STUFF with Hyperbody. HyperBody will hype up your planets with squat routines and banded burnouts. All set to an ass-blasting playlist! Class will be followed by an hour of sauna and cold plunge to lock in the burn. All kinds of behinds welcome.

Reset and Renew: A Fall Chakra Mini Retreat with HypnoBreathwork®, Sound Bath, and Sauna w/ Carrie Mailloux. As the days grow shorter and the air turns crisp, this mini retreat offers a chance to cleanse, rebalance, and ground your energy for the season ahead. Together we’ll journey through the seven chakras with guided discussion, self-inquiry, an immersive HypnoBreathwork® experience, and a deeply restorative sound bath. Each practice is designed to help release summer’s lingering intensity and prepare body, mind, and spirit for autumn’s slower, more reflective rhythm. We’ll close with time to settle into the sauna, dip in the falls, and enjoy nourishing bites from A Cultivated Living. Leave feeling replenished, reconnected, and ready to embrace the season.
